Micah Spruill

Micah has extensive experience investing in US equities, commodities, bitcoin and other digital assets. He advised high net worth clients as a wealth manager forMerrill Lynch and as co-founder and Managing Partner for Aurora InvestmentAdvisors, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor. Micah first began investing inBitcoin and other digital assets in 2014.  Micah co-founded Xsquared Ventures, a privately held angel fund comprised only of partner capital. Micah has backed over 20 startups in the digital asset space—including the largest exit in industry history to-date. The portfolio companies of Xsquared Ventures provide invaluable insights and connections in the industry that support S2F’s investment process.

Micah participates in the annual Satoshi Roundtable, an exclusive gathering of the top 225 industry leaders globally, including CEOs, founders, scientists, academics, and investors. He is a founding member of a private think tank of industry leaders with connections at top global exchanges, OTC desks, miner operations, data & analytics platforms, and have insight into regulatory discussions. Micah holds a BA from Roanoke College and is a member of the Board of Trustees and serves on the Investment and Endowment Committees.
