Cameron first became interested in digital assets as a potentially new asset class to enhance traditional investment portfolios. As an investment manager with decades of experience managing investor portfolios, Cameron saw the potential of Bitcoin and other digital assets as “asymmetric bets” compared to more traditional asset classes that had become overinflated and tightly correlated to one another. Cameron began investing personally over four years ago, first in Bitcoin, then Ethereum and other digital assets. What began as an informal partnership among friends to exchange ideas and invest in digital assets eventually became S2F Capital, with the objective of utilizing our experience and expertise to give outside investors the opportunity to invest along side the investment strategy developed by S2F’s three founders.
Cameron has advised wealthy individuals, family offices and institutions for over 20 years as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and a Senior Vice President with UBS Private Wealth Management. Cameron led a team that managed in excess of $1 billion of client assets. He has an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a MBA and JD, with honors, from Emory University.
